Operators Awards

Independent UK Casino Operator of the Year

Awarded to any UK-based operator with up to three casinos.

Multiple UK Casino Operator of the Year

Awarded to any UK-based operator with more than three casinos.

Overall Casino Operator of the Year

Awarded to any UK or Europe based operator. 

European Casino Operator of the Year

Awarded to any independent or multiple European operator (excluding UK)

Best UK Marketing Programme

Awarded to any UK-based programme, but can be aimed at international clientele – for example, a campaign for customers from Asia visiting the UK – or it can be a UK-only campaign.

Best UK Casino Restaurant

Awarded to any restaurant within a UK-based casino which is not a franchise.

Product Awards

Best UK Table Gaming Product (including ETG)

Awarded to any table gaming product (including electronic table games) licensed to operate in a UK casino of any size.

Best UK CMS/Software Product

Awarded to any CMS and software product licensed to operate in a UK casino of any size.

People Awards

Best UK Casino Customer Service

Awarded to any UK-based casino. Entries and nominations can be sent for a dedicated customer service team, floor team or even an individual employee.

Rising Star

Awarded to an employee at management level for outstanding work, not just in ensuring company diligence, but in people management and all-round skills. The employee must be working for a UK-based casino.

CHIPS Community Engagement Award

Awarded to a UK-based employee who has done something exceptional in fundraising or has worked extensively within their community for the greater good. 

National Casino Forum Diversity Award

Awarded to a company that has demonstrated a proactive attitude towards gender diversity that:

– identifies and removes conscious and unconscious bias

– removes barriers to advancement

– can point to actions delivering positive change

– encourages, develops and supports staff to achieve the highest positions throughout the business.

Lifetime Achievement

Bestowed upon an individual who has devoted a significant portion of their professional life to the gaming sector, and has had a positive impact.
