Best Slot Game
This is awarded to a game that has gained popularity in the British gaming sector, and which was launched to market in 2019. The winning slot game should demonstrate profitability, return visits, time at machine, spend per player per visit. Individual games that are part of a multigame offering are also permitted to participate.
Best Slot Machine
Open to any slot machine licensed to operate in a UK casino of any size.
Best UK Table Gaming Product
Open to any table gaming product (including electronic table games) licensed to operate in a UK casino of any size.
Best UK CMS/Software Product
Open to any CMS and/or software product licensed to operate in a UK casino of any size.
Independent UK Casino
Operator of the Year
Open to any UK-based operator with up to 3 casinos.
Best UK Casino Customer Service
Open to all UK-based casinos. Entries/nominations can be for the overall casino service, a specific team or even an individual.
Multiple UK Casino
Operator of the Year
Open to any UK-based operator with 4+ casinos.
Best UK Marketing
Programme of the Year
Open to any programme run by a UK-based operator, directed at either an international or UK-based clientele.

This award is for the casino with the best use of online space in the promotion of British casinos. It’s not just for a casino with a website, or a white label gaming site tied by name to an existing casino – it’s for the casino using its site, app or other online or mobile presence to best attract and retain customers, and to further its reach and brand identity.
European Casino
Operator of the Year
Open to any independent or multiple European operators (excluding UK).
Best UK Casino
Restaurant of the Year
Awarded to any restaurant located within a UK-based casino which is not a franchise.
Overall Casino
Operator of the Year
Open to any UK or Europe based casino operator.
Corporate Training
Investment Award
Open to organisations that demonstrate excellence and invest significantly in the training of their new and existing staff.
Rising Star
Open to any entries/nominations for UK-based casinos. Entries/nominations can be for the overall casino service, a specific team or even an individual.
CHIPS Community
Engagement Award
Open to UK-based casino employees that have done something exceptional for a charity, their community or the greater good.
Casino International Outstanding Contribution Award
Bestowed upon an individual – working for a supplier – that has had a significant positive impact on the UK casino industry. This person can be from any department including but not limited to sales, product/business development and marketing.
Lifetime Achievement Award
Bestowed upon an individual that has devoted a significant portion of their career to the gaming sector and demonstrated an unrivaled passion for the industry and its betterment.
CHIPS Corporate Community
Engagement Award
Open to companies that have done something exceptional for a charity, their community or the greater good.
National Casino Forum Diversity
& Inclusion Award
Open to companies that demonstrate proactive attitudes towards gender diversity, through the identification and removal of conscious and unconscious bias; removal of barriers to advancement; demonstrable actions delivering positive change and development opportunities to enable staff to achieve the highest positions throughout the business.
